ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order; you will receive an email once order has been processed.

After order process confirmation, expect an email within 1-3 business days, to let you know when to expect your order.

 

SHIPPING ARRIVAL TIMES

The shipping arrival times will vary based on product; more information on estimated shipping will be shown at checkout.

Below are the estimated arrival times of the various types of products we carry. Shipping times will vary as some products ship from different locations and may require different means of transportation. The tracking number in the order confirmation email will provide a more accurate estimation of arrival time. 

Most 3D printers, 3D scanners	7-10 business days
Industrial size 3D printers	10-15 business days
CNC Machines	15-20 business days
Laser routers	15-20 business days
Lathes	15-20 business days

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We will contact you whether you will need to return the item to receive a refund or replacement.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@limani3d.com with your order number and a photo(s) of the item’s condition.
